The training course desig, services uses interactive methods to target high level learning gain. The design separates content and process therefore the learning approach can be applied to any learning content.
The trainig course design uses all the learning models also tought in the Interactive Training Methods course.
How it goes:
Requester provides a subject matter expert for the knowledge or the best performer. The training developer consultant provides the learning process while the Best Performer is responsible for the content throughout the course design. The consultant through a series of interviews (face to face or online) capturing the Best Performe's knowledge and skills, and build the training structure, creats the necessary documents.
